Something I may have failed to mention

I had to shape the base so the glass could fit on, I sat there for an hour with a file, making it flat along the sides and small enough for the glass to fit on.

Okay, here it is!! 

V8 or the Dwemer sonic.

The gear would change the frequency and the gem would activate it.

The pins in the bottom would be sort of rivets that would keep the leather on (it’s glued on the body, but I still added them for looks).

I never did think to make the leather a little longer, then stretch it tight over the body, then pin it, instead of using glue. But it’s fine. 

I Imagine it emitting a purple glow because it would have a soul gem in it. 

Umm ignore my hand, and that’s about all I have to say about it. I’ll post some more pics in a bit.

While exploring an old Dwemer ruin, Dovakiin finds something very interesting and very unique.

(Yes, I did go back to Michaels and buy another bottle for mana, and yes, those are Pirates of the Caribbean coins from Disney World… The gems are from Disney World too)

Dwemer… That’s the theme I’m going for.

It’s the simplest thing ever, the two metal caps were one piece that unscrewed. SO I took a wooden dowel and did the necessary things to make it the middle part (don’t feel like going into too many details) and yeah! 

You all get this blurry photo because I took it with my phone and it’s a teaser. 

There is a gear on the body that will control it, I can imagine turning it and a ton of little ones inside turn and activate the screwdriver/ change the setting.

I’ve got a ton of ideas for an emitter, all of them have the same back story, it’s gonna be a soul gem.

It’s gonna be a very simple design but I hope it captures the dwemer look I’m going for.

Made some changes to my Dr. Who chest, and even more since the photos. 

What do you guys think of the screwdrivers on the top? Yay or nay?

It frees up a lot more space too so, if I get new stuff, I can store it neater.

I wish it could be a little neater up top, but it’s fine. Is it just me or does it have that look like it’s something The Doctor would have in his room or something?

It also comes with a lovely display stand. Which makes it even better because I love lovely display stands!!
