SO I think 3.0 should work with your imagination:
Macgyvering:
You see a pile of junk and Flash. The intersect works alongside your imagination to help you use that pile of junk to your advantage. Making a tool, weapon, trap, etc. Allowing you to see things and create things with that pile of junk that no one else would have thought of.

You know what I really loved?
the fact that Shepard basically…no, not basically… He did flash when he watched the Prothean video in ME3 ‘From Ashes’.
If Casey uploaded the Intersect instead of Sarah:
Sarah: CASEY NO! DON’T DO IT!”
*Casey puts on the glasses*
Casey: “Grunt” *Then he flashes*
Casey wouldn’t even be like “Okay I got this” He’d just grunt :P
An odd time for Chuck to flash…
Sarah: “Chuck, could you change our baby’s diaper? I’m really busy.”
Chuck: “Wha… I don’t know how to change a diap… *Familiar flash noise and face* Well, that was new. *looks at the baby* Let’s do this.”
Sarah had a pretty awesome flash face. It didn’t make her look derpy at all.
